Edward O'Hara (born 1 October 1937, Bootle, near Liverpool) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is the Labour member of Parliament for Knowsley South, having represented the constituency since a by-election in 1990, following the death of Sean Hughes. Before entering Parliament, Eddie was a councillor in Knowsley and Chair of the Education Committee. He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford and the University of London, and is a former teacher and lecturer.
