East Haven Academy is a public magnet school in East Haven, Connecticut that enrolls children entering grades 3-8. It opened its doors in September, 1997. In 2005, "EHA" was recognized as a Blue Ribbon School by the U.S. Department of Education. From the school's founding through the summer of 2006, Dolores Butcher was the principal. In the fall of 2006, Dr. Angela Speck took over in her place.
