Dylan Cline and Jordan Cline (born June 26, 2003) are American child actors and twin brothers. During the first season of the prime time television series Desperate Housewives they played Penny Scavo, the youngest child of Lynette Scavo. The Cline brothers have also appeared on the pilot episode of Rodney as well as on General Hospital, where they played Morgan Corinthos, the son of Sonny and Carly Corinthos.
