Dudley Francis Stuart Ryder, 3rd Earl of Harrowby (16 January 1831 - 26 March 1900). English politician. He was President of the Board of Trade at the end of the second administration of the Earl of Beaconsfield, and Lord Privy Seal in Lord Salisbury's first government (1885 - 1886).
