Drew "Mongo" Parsons (born October 12, 1974 in West Chester, Pennsylvania) is the bassist for the band American Hi-Fi. In addition to being an avid Strawberry Shortcake collector, Mongo enjoys orange juice, garage door openers, and sod. His signature catch phrase, "Tar beanbag overcoat!", is also the name of his unreleased solo collaboration with Shirley Manson of Garbage.
