Donald Morrow (December 19 1908March 29 1995) was Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1963 to 1967. He was also Progressive Conservative MPP, representing Carleton from 1948 to 1955 and Ottawa West from 1955 to 1977.
