The Direct Selling Association or DSA is the American national trade association of leading firms that manufacture and distribute goods and services sold directly to consumers typically through in-home or person-to-person sales. Founded in Binghamton, New York in 1910, the association was originally called the Agents Credit Association. It became the Direct Selling Association in 1968. More than 200 companies are members of the DSA and pledge to abide by its code of ethics.
