Dillon Boucher (born 27 December 1975 in New Plymouth, New Zealand) is a New Zealand basketball player. He is a small forward. Boucher is not known as a point scorer, but coaches rate him extremely highly for his rebounding, high steal count and all around leadership and commitment. Boucher played for the New Zealand Breakers in the Australian National Basketball League from their inception in 2003 until 2005 when he was unwanted by the franchise. Boucher was then signed by the Perth Wildcats for whom he played in the 2005/06 Australian NBL season. At the conclusion of the 2005-05 Australian NBL season, Boucher announced that he would play the 2006-07 season for the Brisbane Bullets. He plays his domestic New Zealand NBL for the Auckland Stars, but he has also represented the Waikato Titans in the past. He is also a current member of the "Tall Blacks" - the New Zealand international basketball side. The New Zealand sports media have often made comparisons between the similar appearance of Boucher and England football star David Beckham. In the past Boucher has copied some of Beckham's hairstyle's wearing his blonde hair in an alice band and a pony tail like Beckham.
