Dax Hoogerwerf (born 5 February 1989 in Blackpool) is an English footballer. A striker, who plays for Everton's reserves. He had a successful 2005/06 season, including scoring a brace after coming on as a subtitute against Sheffield United. As of December 2006, he is on trial with his hometown club, Blackpool F.C..[1]
