The Darwin Shopping Centre is a small shopping mall in central Shrewsbury, the county town of Shropshire, England. The centre is located on the main shopping area of the town, Pride Hill. It is joined to the Riverside Mall and subsequently the Pride Hill Shopping Centre via Raven Meadows. The centre attracts approximately 130,000 shoppers a week, seasonally rising to over 200,000. [6] The centre is linked to the multi-storey parking area, called 'Raven Meadows car park'. There is additional parking in areas throughout the town although prices are imposed on all inner-town parking. A park and ride scheme operates in Shrewsbury, with car parks at Oxon, Harlescott and Meole Brace. The anchor store Marks & Spencer is the largest branch in Shropshire, and by far the largest shop in the centre with 3 levels, including an extensive foodcourt and café.
