Dante is an American stand-up comedian from Los Angeles, California. Since he was a kid, Dante wanted to be a stand-up comedian. He was even friends with Jamie Foxx and actually drove Foxx to his first ever show at the Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Dante has opened up for comedians such as Richard Pryor, Robin Williams, and "Weird Al" Yankovic. Dante recently appeared on the fifth season of Last Comic Standing where he placed tenth. When performing, Dante just goes by his first name. Fellow comedian Doug Benson claimed Dante's last name is "not funny and very hard to pronounce so he ditched it". [1]
