Danni Leigh from the insert to her first album 29 Nights. Original photograph by Mark Tucker.
Danni Leigh (born February 9, 1970 in Strasburg, Virginia, U.S.) is an American honky tonk-style country music singer who is, ironically, much more well known in Europe than she is in her own native land, drawing large audiences in countries such as France, Switzerland, England, Spain, and the Scandinavian countries. Proof of this is her recent number 1 song on the European Country Music AssociationCountry Radio Chart Top-100. Her first single from "Masquerade of a Fool" ( album also edited in Europe through AGR-Universal Records), "Quarter Over You", reached the # 1 the week ending July 27th, 2007, ending with a 4 weeks reign of Pam Tillis.
