It was the name of a rapid military deployment involving the 1st Cavalry Division's 3rd Brigade (Grey Wolves) in 1996. The operation was a show of force meant to deter Iraq's forces, who were fighting Kurd rebels in Northern Iraq at the time, from crossing into Kuwait.
