Crises is an album, written and mostly performed by Mike Oldfield. It was his eighth album. The cover art was by Terry Ilot. "In High Places" has lyrics by Mike Oldfield and Jon Anderson; "Foreign Affair" has lyrics by Mike Oldfield and Maggie Reilly, who also contributed vocals to the massive hit "Moonlight Shadow". "Shadow on the Wall" has vocals by Roger Chapman. The North American version of the album includes the single "Mistake", and has a different running order.
