Committee for Transformation and Progress (C4TAP) was a Trinidad and Tobago political party in the making. The political movement was led by political analyst Dr. Kirk Meighoo (general secretary) and included attorney Darrell Allahar as its Chairman, property developer Hugh Wooding-Thomas, its Secretary, attorney Nisha Mathura-Allahar as Treasurer, writer Novak George and consultant Sonja Gopeesingh-Luckhoo ,the group's PRO. The movement was launched on September 3, 2005 at the Crowne Plaza in Port of Spain. In March of 2006 C4TAP was dissolved.
