The Clark Bar is a candy bar manufactured by the New England Confectionery Company (NECCO). A Clark Bar consists of a honeycomb peanut butter crisp with a chocolatey covering. It was named after its creator David L. Clark founder of the D. L. Clark Company which was later purchased by NECCO.
