Chroma is Cartel's first full length album. In its first week of release it sold over 3,000 copies becoming record label The Militia Group's most successful new artist release. The hit single Honestly launched the album to the charts including the #1 debut on Soundscan's Alternative New Artist Charts. The album also made it to the top 20 in over 50 independent record store's sales charts. [1] The band's second single, "Say Anything (Else)", was featured in Madden NFL '07.

Re-release

The band re-released this album on June 13, 2006 under Epic Records. The re-release included new artwork, access to their online fan club, a three song live EP entitled Live Dudes, and an updated version of "Save Us", featuring the entire band backing Pugh on piano.
