A Chocolate Egg is a confectionery made primarily of chocolate (either solid, or hollow and possibly filled with cream or other fillings). They are most often associated in a non-religious way with Easter, the Easter Bunny and Easter Eggs. Chocolate eggs are more popular, and sometimes only available, during the Easter season. They are filled with crème, caramel, or just chocolate.
