Cape Smythe Air Services was an airline based in Barrow, Alaska, USA. It provided commuter services in north and north-west Alaska, as well as air medical flights. In 2005 it merged with Frontier Flying Service, which assumed all Cape Smythe Air Services routes.

Cape Smythe Air Services operated services to the following domestic scheduled destinations at the time of merger: Atqasuk, Barrow, Barter Island, Buckland, Elim, Gambell, Golovin, Liana, Kivalina, Kotzebue, Koyuk, Nome, Noorvik, Nuiqsut, Point Hope, Point Lay, Prudhoe Bay/Deadhorse, Savoonga, Selawik, Shishmaref, Teller, Teller Mission, Wainwright, Wales and White Mountain.
