History

Cannabis Assembly was formed in 2004 by Reverend Peter Brown and Reverend Paul Farnhill to provide free legal documents to aid and protect cantheist cannabis users. It has members in the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America.

Beliefs

Cannabis Assembly states that their members "use cannabis to relax our consciousness and allow our sub conscious to reach a state of meditation thus allowing us to improve as human beings and enhance our understanding of the essence of the living universe." And accepts all who declare their sincerity in their belief "that the Cannabis plant is a Sacred Herb and you can confirm that you use the Herb religiously, either as part of your meditation or prayer or to achieve a relaxed mental balance to carry out any aspect of your chosen religion."
