Brendan Ryan Barrett, (born Brendon Ryan Barrett on August 5, 1986 in Roseville, California) is an American actor and voice-actor. He grew up in Folsom, California, with his veterinarian parents and his sister, Caitlin Barrett. He is best known as the voice of Casper the Friendly Ghost in Casper's Haunted Christmas.
