Bora is a fictional mutant character in the Marvel Comics Universe. Her first appearance was in Moon Knight vol. 1 #35.

Fictional character biography

Bora is a young mutant who possesses the ability to summon arctic winds through psionic spatial rifts. Her mutation also made her grow to over seven feet tall, which ruined her dreams of a career as a ballerina. After the caped crusader known as Moon Knight was crippled in battle with the villainous Fly, he sought the help of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four in stopping Bora's murderous rampage. Later, Bora joined Painter and Spark in the Avant Guard and clashed with Spider-Man. Painter enhanced her powers when they were creating their masterpiece, an ice age presentation, in New York, but in the end turned Bora and her beloved Spark into a painting. Recently, Bora lost her mutant powers after the M-Day (confirmed in New Avengers #18).
