Betty Spaghetty is a bendable rubber doll from the Ohio Art Company. Betty is portrayed as a fun-loving teenager or preteen. The doll's features include rubbery hair used to let children make various hairdos and changeable hands, feet, shoes, etc.

The most intriguing hair fashion for little girls it’s now available in one hair salon. The wonderful doll Betty Spaghetty(R) – have for each doll a unique collection of handbags, accessories, clothes and shoes. The ‘Spaghetty’ Locks debuts with Celeb Stylist Hair Salon Party and Interactive Website.
