Betsy Devine (born 1946) is a journalist, author and blogger. She earned a master's degree in engineering from Princeton, and according to her self-description, has "many years of immersion in geek sociology, including both Slashdot and Wikipedia flame wars."[1] She is co-author of Longing for the Harmonies, an appreciation of modern physics, with husband Frank Wilczek; of Fantastic Realities, also with Wilczek; and of Absolute Zero Gravity, a collection of science jokes, with biologist Joel E. Cohen. One of Howard Dean's very first blog supporters, Devine was also an early employee of web feed search engine Feedster. The official Nobel Prize website links to her weblog for the ongoing family saga of the adventures surrounding Frank Wilczek's winning the 2004 Nobel Prize in physics. Besty Devine has given a talk at Wikimania in 2006.
