Bayangol (Mongolian: Баянгол. rich river) is one of nine Düüregs (districts) of the Mongolian capital Ulan Bator. It is divided into 20 Khoroos (subdistricts). It was previously called October District (Октябрийн район) during the communist era. Bayangol has a population of 160,479.[1]
