Barton Brands, Ltd. is a company that produces many liquors. Some of its better-known brands and products include Ten High bourbon, 1792 bourbon, Fleischmann's, Barclay, Barton, the 99 line of schnapps (99 Apples, 99 Bananas, etc.), Black Velvet whiskey, Calypso rum, Capitan and El Toro tequilas, Caravella limoncello, Chi-Chi's ready to serve mixed drinks, Kentucky Gentleman bourbon, Montezuma tequila, and Mr. Boston. The company owns dozens of other brands of inexpensive, mostly low-end spirits. 1792, a small batch bourbon distilled in Bardstown, Kentucky, is named in honor of the year Kentucky became a U.S. state. Barton is part of Barton, Incorporated, headquartered in Chicago, IL, which is in turn owned by Constellation Brands, headquartered in Fairport, NY.
