Artemis Fowl: The Time Paradox is the future sixth novel in the Artemis Fowl series, written by Eoin Colfer. The title has been confirmed by the author. The release date is set for February 2008.

Information about the book

  • It may be the last in the series. Eoin's video blog mentions the book saying it may not be the last but the last one for at least 3 years. [1]
  • Eoin Colfer has stated that the two siblings of Artemis Fowl, born at the end of the fifth novel, are both boys with the names Myles and Beckett,[2] but had earlier stated that he had been leaning toward Jonathan and Finian.[3]
  • The author said that the action will take place in Finland, Ireland and Morocco, and will involve a creature that has slept for millennia, more time travel, irritating younger twin brothers, and an evil hypnotherapist called Dr. Kronski.[2]
  • Eoin Colfer also said in an interview that a possible plot for the book involves Artemis' mother dying, and needing lemur brain-fluids.[4]
  • On the Artemis Fowl website, it says Artemis will battle his old self.
