Artemis Fowl: The Graphic Novel is a graphic novel based on the first book of the Artemis Fowl series. It was written by Eoin Colfer, the author of the original books, and Andrew Donkin. It is illustrated by Giovanni Rigano and colored by Paolo Lamanna. It was released on the 2nd of October, 2007. Three of the books pages can be found on artemisfowl.com, some more screenshots can also be found at [1]. Surprisingly, there are some mistakes in the artwork. Holly is shown to have shoulder-length hair, yet in the books, is said to have cropped and short/Spiked short hair. Also in the books, Butler is said to have a shaved bald head, yet in the graphic novel, he is shown as having blond hair.
