Major Mahadevan (Mohanlal) is the head of the elite command force. He is in charge of fighting the country’s terrorist groups and protecting the country from their terrorist intentions. Havildar Jaikumar (Jeevaa) is Major Mahadevan’s most trusted lieutenant. He meticulously carries out his chief’s instruction thereby gaining his trust and confidence. Mahadevan, Havildar Jaikumar and their team save the public from threats, attempted bombings, kidnappings, and extortions by militants. There is a plan to blow up the famous Hazrathbal shrine by a terrorist group headed by an Afghan nawab. The aim of doing this is to create communal tension and disharmony in India. During their attack they enter the house of Kashmiri family, torture everyone in the house and holding them hostage. This unfortunate situation is informed by Police officer Gopinath (Biju Menon) to the BSF.
