Antagonist are a metalcore band from New Zealand.
History
After numerous local underground gigs, helping to run a local radio program, and releasing a well received EP, the band finished their first full length album, These Cities, Our Graves. Antagonist's energetic live shows have attracted international hardcore acts such as Hatebreed, Death By Stereo, Throwdown, Parkway Drive and Wish for Wings, making them one of New Zealand's premier metalcore acts. They were a part of the New Zealand Taste of Chaos which also featured; The Used, Rise Against, Aiden, The Bled and Gallows.
