Anniemal is the debut album by Norwegian pop artist Annie, first released in the United Kingdom and Europe on March 7 2005 and in the United States on June 7 2005 (see 2005 in music). The album featured the hit singles "Chewing Gum" and "Heartbeat". Annie has developed somewhat of a cult following in colleges across the United States, especially those in the northeast.
