Altenburg-Nobitz Airport (IATA: AOC, ICAO: EDAC) is a German regional airport 10km (6.25 miles) southeast of Altenburg and 50km (31.25 miles) south of Leipzig in the state of Thuringia. Altenburg-Nobitz is often marketed as Altenburg-Leipzig Airport. It is the 2nd-largest airport in Thuringia. In 2005, it served 118,252 passengers. The Airport is a former Russian airstrip.
