Alois II, Prince of Liechtenstein (26 May 1796 - 12 November 1858) was the prince of Liechtenstein between 1836 and 1858. He was the son of Johann I and his wife Countess Josepha Sophie von Furstenberg-Weitra. Alois contributed actively to Liechtenstein's economic and political development. Alois married Countess Franziska Kinsky in 1831 . They had nine daughters and two sons: Princes Johann II and Franz I.
