Allen Alder (born 1918 in Sunderland, United Kingdom), was a British glass industrialist. He was the managing partner of the Sunderland-based glass firm Hartley Wood & Sons. Allen was a recognized regional cricket player in his youth and was assigned to India as an officer in the British Army during World War II.
