Alex Fagan, Sr. is the former Chief of the San Francisco Police Department. Fagan was implicated in the Fajitagate scandal in November 2002. Three off-duty San Francisco police officers (one of whom was Fagan's son, Alex Fagan, Jr.) allegedly assaulted two civilians over a bag of steak fajitas. All three officers were acquitted. Fagan was later fired by the police force because he did not pass his new officer probation.
