Alshermond Glendale Singleton (born August 7, 1975 in Newark, New Jersey) is an American football linebacker in the NFL. He was originally selected with the thirty second pick of the fourth round of the 1997 NFL Draft out of Temple University by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he played for six seasons. In 2003 he joined the Dallas Cowboys as the starting strongside outside linebacker until Greg Ellis was converted from defensive end. He then played as a reserve linebacker and on special teams. As of August 28, 2007 he is not on the Dallas Cowboys roster and is a Free Agent.
