Adrian Marsh (born November 4, 1978) was an English cricketer. He was a left-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler. During his two years in first-class cricket he played for Derbyshire. Prior to his entrance into first-class cricket in 1999, he had played for Somerset's second XI, debuting with a duck in August 1996. He represented Derbyshire in List A cricket, representing Derbyshire CB in the NatWest trophy in three consecutive calendar years.
