A New Day at Midnight is the sixth studio album by British singer-songwriter David Gray, released on November 5, 2002. Although the album was not as acclaimed as White Ladder, receiving a somewhat muted response from the critics in comparison, it still emulated White Ladder's success by reaching the Number One position in the UK album charts. The album is dedicated to David Gray's father, Peter, who died of cancer in 2001 at the height of Gray's popularity.
