TOLEDOT YESHU

(Hebrew. ‘The life of Jesus’) A Jewish biography of Jesus.

The Toledot Yeshu dates back to the 10th Century, but was almost certainly copied from more ancient sources. The book maintains that Jesus was the product of a rape. Although he had supernatural powers, many of his miracles are given a natural explanation and it suggests that Jesus’ powers were exorcised by the *sages.
