A Dictionary of Epithets and Terms of Address

Kidress

A private nickname, or love name, used to the heroine of Trixie, by Wallace Graves. It differs from both normal nickname and normal vocative in being used to one person only by one speaker, and only when they are alone. It is also an invented term, of course, supposedly converting ‘kid’ into a feminine form.

This is the complete article, containing 56 words (approx. 1 page at 300 words per page).
