Irish Business and Employers’ Confederation (IBEC)

The Irish Business and Employers’ Confederation (IBEC) is the national voice for businesses and employers in Ireland. It lobbies nationally and internationally to improve the business climate for Irish companies, develops and reviews industrial and labour-market policy and acts as a service provider for its members. IBEC comprises some 7,000 member businesses from all sectors of the economy. It is itself a member of the Union of Industrial and Employers’ Confederations of Europe.
