Chapter 11 Summary

Dorothy and her friends are led through the streets of the Emerald City to the palace. When they arrive, they are told that the Wizard will see them one of them alone each day. The travelers are given lovely accommodations in the palace.

Dorothy is the first to see the Wizard. She is dressed in a beautiful green silk gown and taken to the throne room. In the middle of the beautiful, emerald-covered room is a throne.
