In Chapter 11, Rand enters Elayne's palace disguised as an old man and accompanied by Min, an Aes Sedai. He is looking for Mat Cauthon and Nynaeve. His disguise is a use of the Power called the Mask of Mirrors, and since he is not accustomed to using the Power in this way, it makes him feel sick and dizzy.
