Minneapolis, Minnesota is the home to Lucas Davenport. Minneapolis and its sister city, St. Paul are often referred to as the Twin Cities. Residents often refer to either or both as "The Cities."

Minneapolis is a fairly large city located at the head of the Mississippi River. For Davenport, Minneapolis is home and the site of the police department where he spent many years as a detective. It is also the site of his new offices for the computer gaming company, and location of his daughter, Sarah. Davenport loves the city and all it has to offer, from the Mall of America to the bustling city streets and the endless number of places and things to see and do.
