Summary

YIshan and Pinmei headed to the sea, and as soon as BaiMa's hooves touched the water, he transformed into a dragon horse. While underwater, a mussel guided them to the Crystal Palace, and they were met at the gate by Joy to the Heart. Yishan and Pinmei were shocked by his human form, and Joy to the Heart explained that was to honor the Sea King. Joy to the Heart then guided Yishan and Pinmei to the Sea King. The Sea King had become alarmed at the length of the winter and the freezing of the water, and had lit beacons to call for aid from the world above, meaning the land. The Sea King had sent a call out to the Storyteller, and was surprised to see Pinmei and Yishan. During their conversation, Pinmei was amazed at the changes in Yishan...
