Summary

Chapter 1 is told from Dimple’s third person perspective. It starts with Dimple Shah feeling excited about attending Stanford in the fall, and trying to figure out how to talk her parents into letting her attend Insomnia Con that summer. Insomnia Con is a summer program for high school students to learn basic web development, held at San Francisco State University.
