Summary

One evening, Oprah and her friend Bob Greene take a hike in Hawaii. They are in awe of the beautiful landscape around them and they stop to experience the peace and quiet of what she describes as "heaven on earth" (132). She encourages readers to find that same stillness to connect to "the deepest essence of life" (132). Oprah believes in miracles, including simple ones such as watching a sunset.
