Summary

In File No. 1521, the unnamed interviewer meets Eugene Govender at the New Dynasty Chinese Restaurant in Washington D.C. The interviewer recaps Kara and Vincent’s wedding, which he attended. On the same day, Eugene had gone to the televised London memorial on the anniversary of Kara and Vincent’s victory against Kronos. Eugene says that 136 thousand people died in that attack. He thinks that the human race’s best chance at survival against the aliens lies in Rose. In File No. 1526, Eva Reyes speaks to a psychiatrist, but evades questions concerning her nightmares. Eva reveals that she saw a vision of people dying in London and a robot in the sky. The psychiatrist does not believe that Eva is actually predicting the future, but rather that she has a vivid imagination. Eva refuses to take medication.
