Summary

In “Theater,” Magda, Cromwell's assistant, leads Irina to a theater, where she watches a screen with the AI's thoughts displayed. Glyphs form in waves on the screen, like ideograms in a black hole (51). She watches the glyphs seethe, split, and fuse, but she cannot make anything of them (51).
