Summary

Chapter 11

Twist, Shay, Cruz, and Cade all make their way to the building where they’re going to unfurl the banner. Twist makes a deal with the Latino owner, who is more than happy to let them sneak inside. Shay and the others set up the banner.

The boys leave and Shay locks the door from the roof, ensuring the banner will stay up for some time. As she’s climbing down, news helicopters arrive. Shay and the others quickly escape and return to the hotel. The banner is a huge hit, and is played on all the news channels. In San Francisco, Detective West is watching one of the news reports, and is easily able to recognize Shay because of her red hair.
